Thanks to their variety and magical atmosphere, the Urdenbacher Kämpe wetlands are a place where I can relax, both physically and mentally, since my main job working for a major airline involves a lot of travel. To share my enjoyment of this unique landscape I trained as a Certified Nature and Landscape Guide and now offer themed walks based on poetry, art, and history. Poems, stories, photographs, and pictures related to this landscape and reflecting the season and time of day inspire the mind, while experiences that stimulate the senses – seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching – help turn this outing into a relaxing break. You will also learn some surprising facts about the wetlands. The distance, duration, and thematic focus of the walks vary depending on the season and time of day.
